  Whenever possible. Will grab any opportunity I get. I spent 3 Months in Hong Kong recently and it was amazing.

  I eat good quality food with fresh ingredients and drink lots of water. I'm not seen in the gym, however I do general exercises at home and have a very active lifestyle. I like to always be busy with something
